Match It. Sense and sensibility... format follows function, pre-press follows process, proofing follows careful planning, and perfection follows printing. Our guidelines help you in preparing proper artwork in order to best meet your specific requirements. A system of checks and balances prevents unnecessary errors or modifications, avoiding extra time and needless costs. Understanding procedures will ensure your project moves smoothly through all phases.

Quote Me. Consult with us. Our talented in-house art department is ready and able to turn your vision into a reality. Working together throughout the entire design process, we'll transform your idea into the label of your dreams.

Get Connected. You choose the method easiest to transfer files and images. Simply upload files to our secure FTP site. Contact us for details. Depending on size, send E-mail with an attachment (up to about 10 megabytes depending on your outbound server). Of course, you can burn a CD-ROM and send it to us. Multiple options equals maximized performance.

The Medium is the Message... Adobe Illustrator EPS file with all fonts converted to outline is our preferred format. Be smart, send smart, if you have multiple designs, we recommend each version be transferred individually to avoid any possible errors. We support both MAC and PC software–Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (versions to and including CS3).

"Bleed-On." When you want to cover the entire surface, it's essential to provide an extra area around each edge of the label known as bleed space usually equal to 1/16" (0.0625"). It's also important to leave at least 1/16" (0.0625") of clear space inside the die-line to allow for slight shifts during die-cutting.

Make Your Resolution. Seeing dots. To achieve clarity and correct color require at least 300 dpi from your raster-based mages. CMYK is our press mode of color (RGB will be converted and colors may shift). Check your proof... a positive way to ensure that what you want is what you see.
