Outside Sales Representative – Midwest

K Sidrane has an immediate opening for a high energy Salesperson in the Midwest region. This individual will need a background in packaging or labeling solutions to help grow our market share. This individual will be responsible for meeting financial goals, maintaining existing clients, and targeting and converting new business.


  • Actively engaging in new business development opportunities by cold calling, prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Develop strategies to efficiently and effectively find new prospects
  • Generate a plan to ensure successful acquisitions of new accounts within the sales territory.
  • Develop and provide custom presentations on Packaging & Labeling solutions to customers.
  • Develop strategies to be successful in a competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with your team (graphic designers, sales support/management, marketing etc… ) to grow the business with new and existing customers.
  • Meet individualized segment sales, gross profit and margin goals as determined by K Sidrane leadership.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in territory, as well as, prepare and conduct regular business reviews to impact customer growth opportunities.


  • 1+ years in B2B Territory Sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to work independently, successfully manage accounts, work under pressure, and adapt to changes in the work environment is essential.
  • Enthusiastic and Positive Energy
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
